East and West regional series to decide
2018 U.S. Club Team members
PICKERINGTON, OH – November22, 2017 – The American Motorcyclist Association has announced six 2018 International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) Qualifier rounds, three each in the East and West regions of the United States.
The ISDE East and West Qualifier Series will be used to determine those who will compete on six of the seven national U.S. Club Teams at the 2018 ISDE in Viña del Mar, Chile, Oct. 22-27.
The events will follow the same sprint enduro format that is used in ISDE test sections.
Five three-member U.S. Club Teams will include the top seven riders from the East Qualifier Series and the top seven riders from the West Qualifier Series, with one additional rider selected by the AMA ISDE Advisory Committee.
The three-member U.S. Senior Club Team will include the top 40-plus rider from the East Qualifier Series and the top 40-plus rider from the West Qualifier Series, with one additional rider selected by the AMA ISDE Advisory Committee.
An additional U.S. Club Team will include three riders selected by the AMA ISDE Advisory Committee. Top riders from the East Qualifier series and West Qualifier series will be considered.
The advisory committee also will select the U.S. World Trophy, Junior Trophy and Women’s Trophy teams.
