Proceeds to Benefit Asterisk Mobile Medical Unit
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. (April 11, 2013) -
MX Sports Pro Racing announces today a unique opportunity for race fans
to own a part of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross history. The podium backdrop
from the 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA
Pro Racing, will be up for auction on eBay.com from Monday, April 15 at
12 p.m. PST to Monday, April 22.
The
one-of-a-kind podium backdrop traveled to each round of the 2012 Lucas
Oil Pro Motocross Championship event across the country. Signed by
Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Champions Ryan Dungey, and Blake Baggett, as
well as fellow pro racers, the backdrop is expected to garner much
excitement and attention.
Proceeds
will benefit the Asterisk Mobile Medical Unit, which provides medical
care to the athletes of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross at each and every round
throughout the summer.
The
2013 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship kicks off on May 18 with the
Hangtown Motocross Classic in Sacramento, Calif. Tickets for the Lucas

Asterisk Mobile Medical Center
The
Asterisk Mobile Medical Center is an emergency care facility available
at each AMA Professional Motocross and Supercross event to staff,
participants, and crew at no cost. The full 53 foot hospital trailer is
staffed with qualified, experienced medical personnel and offers
specialized equipment for our sport's unique injuries. The Asterisk
Mobile Medical Center is provided to the racing community by Asterisk.
