Bel-Ray Racer Cody Cooper Claims New Zealand MX1 Championship               FARMINGDALE, N.J. (April 2, 2013) ― The 2013 New Zealand Backflips Motocross Championship concluded on March 31st at the Taupo Motorcycle club in Taupo, New Zealand. Bel-Ray Moto-City Suzuki’s Cody Cooper dominated the MX1 class throughout the series and was rewarded with the championship at the end of the day.

Cooper won 9 of the 12 motos he competed in during the four-round series and wrapped up the championship prior to the final moto gate drop. He won the last six motos in a row to end the series in dominating fashion on his way to the number one plate.                 Coopers’ Bel-Ray Moto City Suzuki teammate Rhys Carter also scored a podium result in the championship in 2013.
