Morgantown, W.Va. - The 34th Annual Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, presented by AMSOIL, is set to give away $519,150 in amateur contingency awards to racers participating in this year's week-long event. This unique event, taking place Sunday, July 26, through Saturday, August 1, at the historic Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, will play host to the world's largest and most prestigious amateur motocross championship.

Kawasaki returns to the National and leads the pack by offering a whopping $124,000 in contingency dollars, and alongside them is a star-studded line-up of manufactures such as Suzuki, which is offering a total of $98,675 in national contingency dollars. Husqvarna and KTM have matched each other and will be contributing $80,250 each to the national finale. Yamaha returns to the lineup in 2015 as well, offering a healthy $81,375 in contingency.

"Yamaha is proud to continue our third decade of continuous support of the AMA Amateur National at Loretta Lynn's as well as the many Yamaha riders and their families along the way," said amateur off-toad racing coordinator Donnie Luce. "Yamaha historically uses Loretta Lynn's as the foundation to develop our future ‘bLU cRU' professional champions, like recent graduates Jeremy Martin and Cooper Webb, as well as the many past champions that have come before them and are acknowledged on the prestigious Yamaha Loretta Lynn's trophy."

After a two-year hiatus at the Ranch, Honda returns and rounds out the roster offering $53,600 in contingency dollars.

"Honda has a long history at the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship, where we've provided support to thousands of amateur riders over the years, so we're happy to be returning following a two-year absence," said Brandon Wilson, Motorcycle Sports Supervisor at American Honda. "Motocross racing is extremely important to Honda, and Loretta Lynn's is the place to see the stars of tomorrow. We're excited about reconnecting with the grass roots of the sport, so everyone is welcome to stop by the truck, say hello and get out of the sun for a while.

Participating riders need to check with their chosen OEM in order to learn how to redeem earned contingency at the National. You can view the specific breakdown online by clicking here. Accompanying the contingency programs, manufacturers such as Suzuki, KTM, Team Green Kawasaki, Cobra, and bLU cRU Yamaha will have trackside support teams on site to lend a hand to racers on each respective brand.

The National class structure includes classes for youth riders on 50cc bikes all the way up to vet and senior classes. The race will follow a three-moto format, over the course of one week. Racers have previously qualified at Area Qualifiers and then Regional Championships in order to participate in the National event.

There will be forty hours of live online streaming coverage that begins on Tuesday, July 28, on RacerTV.com, and two highlight shows featuring the event will air on NBC Sports Network on Sunday, October 11, at 4 p.m. and Sunday, October 18, at 4:30 p.m. EST.
