ROUND 2 OF THE XTREME MOTOCROSS SERIES HEATS UP LONG ISLAND!

The new Xtreme Motocross Series (XMS) got off to a great start for the first round in New York at the Walden Playboys Motocross Club and a great turnout, rider giveaways, onsite MXSponsor.com kiosk and close racing was enjoyed by all who attended.
Riders in all classes ranging from Pee-Wees to local Experts all showed up to collect a piece of the biggest purse in AMA District 34 that weekend with over $5000 up for grabs...and that made it serious business for the experts who included hotshots Robbie Marshall and Jay Weller, who was recently featured in Throttler Magazine.
A full gate defined many of the classes and it was furious racing all day from the time the first gate dropped. "We're trying to make our new XMS series different with something for everyone!" Said James Slaughter, head of the XMS. "The riders and families put out so much to be here, we want to try to give something back to them. We love this sport and we want to thank everyone who attended and has helped XMS enjoy such a great start. All the hard work by the Walden Playboys was outstanding and we applaud them as well." "This is our first year and we're listening to the riders and tracks, trying to give them what they really want, which we think is more excitement, more close racing and more prize money!" Continued Slaughter.

Next up for the Xtreme Motocross Series is Round 2 Presented by Ehrbar.com at Long Island Motocross (LIMX) in Yaphank, LI. This track has a reputation as technical so be sharp and plan to twist that throttle. Even racers who aren't out on the track all day can win prizes at XMS as the announcers give away sponsor swag from MX companies like Answer Racing, MSR, Twin Air, Sunstar, Decal Works, O'Neal, MBR and MXSponsor.com - listen for your name to be called to the prize tent!
Riders who have already joined the XMS will enjoy a simplified signup and be able to use their ID cards; new racers will be welcomed and signed in quickly. All XMS members are given a transponder that can be used all season to record their lap times at the races. These stats are received in real time and displayed on the XMS website, via text messages and are also linked to the XMS rider profile on the XMS website to increase further exposure for both riders and sponsors.
XMS wants to thank MXSponsor.com, Rich and his whole crew for the support during the Walden event. MXSponsor.com will be hosting a special MXSponsor.com GP intermission race that will be 20 minutes plus 2 laps, with the top 3 winners taking home XMS Contingency based on 100% payback structure! "The XMS is really looking good after the first race. We had so many riders come into our tent, we wanted to say thanks to everyone for their support and we hooked some people up that's for sure. Whether it was a hat, t-shirt or a sponsorship package, no one walked away empty-handed. Heck, the guys in back of us even gave out free hot dogs!" Said Rich Maychrich, founder of MXSponsor.com.
So don't miss out on a great day of racing and excitement for all ages at Round 2 of The Xtreme Motocross Series presented by MXSponsor.com at Long Island Motocross in Yaphank, Long Island on May 22nd and 23rd. You need to be in it if you wanna win it. See you there!
