Test-drive the Slash radio controlled truck on the Traxxas Try-Me SX Track!

Hurricane Mills, Tenn - Traxxas, The Fastest Name in Radio Control, will continue its support of the Red Bull AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship by stepping up its presence at the world's largest and most prestigious amateur motocross race this year.

Traxxas is partnering with Kawasaki Team Green at this year's event, integrating their mobile support center into the Kawasaki compound all week long. In addition, they will serve as a contingency sponsor, awarding a Slash radio controlled 2WD short-course truck to the winner of each class, totaling $9250 in Traxxas Contingency.

All fans, racers and families are welcome to test drive the Slash radio controlled 2WD truck throughout the week on the Traxxas Try-Me Track. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, following the motocross racing, Traxxas will host RC races under the lights on the Traxxas Supercross-style R/C track, which will be open for practice all week long.

Traxxas cars, trucks, apparel and parts will be available for purchase throughout the week at the Traxxas Mobile Support Center in the Kawasaki compound. For more information, visit the official Traxxas website at www.traxxas.com.

The National Final will be held August 1-6 at the home of country music legend Loretta Lynn in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. In 2011, thirty-five champions will be crowned at what marks the 30th Anniversary celebration of the greatest motocross vacation in the world - the Red Bull AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship presented by AMSOIL.

The Red Bull AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship is the world's largest and most prestigious amateur motocross racing program. The national qualifying program consists of 52 Area Qualifiers (February through May) and 12 Regional Championship (June) events hosted at select motocross facilities across the country.
