Rogers, Ark. - Crossland Motorsports will be represented by RIDE365.com
and American Honda Motor Co. (who will be providing factory support) in
their 2016 race season effort. Officially titled RIDE365.com/Honda
Racing, the team will be contesting the 250SX West Region of the Monster
Energy Supercross with riders Kyle Peters #40 and Chase Marquier #212.
The riders are up against one of the deepest fields in recent years,
with over 70+ riders on the 250 class pre-entry list for the highly
anticipated Anaheim One season opener. Kyle Peters who finished seventh
in the 250SX East Region for 2015, will be returning to the team for the
second year. Chase Marquier, a rookie out of Oklahoma competed in the
amateur ranks as a Crossland Motorsports rider for the majority of 2015.
Chase entered his professional career just prior to racing the final
two rounds of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship.
Crossland Motorsports is in its third year of professional racing. “We’ve got a fantastic group of people around us and are returning with many of the same sponsors we’ve had the privilege of working with in years past. We are working towards building an efficient and sustainable program that will last for many years to come,” states team owner Chris Crossland. Motocross legend Guy Cooper will be returning to the races with the team to work directly with the riders as a mentor and coach.
