As the
2016 Monster Energy Supercross season rapidly approaches, Motonation and
Sidi Moto USA are stoked to announce our continuing relationship with
fast kids Jake Weimer and Kyle Chisholm.
Jake Weimer-Team Tedder/Monster Energy Kawasaki
Former 250 West Supercross Champ, Jake Weimer, is making his comeback this weekend. He will line up at A1 for the first time since his debilitating crash at the Detroit SX in 2015. Jake will be again racing for Team Tedder/ Monster Energy Kawasaki. This year marks Jake’s 2nd season in Sidi boots, and although we watched Jake on the sidelines in 2015, we couldn’t be more excited to have such a great representative line up for a comeback this season! This is also Jake’s first season lining up as a father. Congrats to the Weimers on your soon to be WMX champ, and thank you for being part of the Sidi family!
Kyle Chisholm -Rocky Mountain ATV/ MC
Kyle Chisholm is a veteran in the SX ranks and a sure bet for every main event. A long time Sidi rider, we are stoked to have the “Chiz” on board for the 2016 season. Kyle has previously been a privateer and in the trenches week in and week out. That can be wearing on any guy in this sport, but Kyle is one of the happiest and most personable racers that we’ve had the pleasure of working with. We couldn’t be happier with him landing a great deal this year! Kyle will be racing for the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC team and with their full backing, we are sure to see Kyle’s consistent hard work pay off this season. In other news, Team “Chiz” will have another teammate very soon, as Kyle and Brittany are bringing a baby girl into the family. Congratulations!
