MAG and Tucker Rocky Complete Merger

Tucker Rocky / Biker’s Choice and Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG) today announced the completion of their merger. The combined company will operate under the MAG name.

J.A. Lacy, President and CEO of LDI, Ltd., the majority shareholder of the combined company, is the Chief Executive Officer. Brian Etter continues in his role as President of MAG’s branded product, media and online retail operations. Dan Courtney continues as President of Tucker Rocky / Biker’s Choice.

Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. and other legacy MAG shareholders retain a significant minority interest in the combined company.
