LORETTA LYNN WEEK LONG SCHEDULE
Week of 3/17-3/21

* Please Note:
- This race weekend is open to ALL racers and will consist of two SEPARATE race days.
- ONLY specific classes will be offered each day, and results from this weekend’s race will NOT be counted for RP Points.

- ONLY those qualifying for Loretta's will be required to pay the extra $10 LL Fee...if not qualifying, then all fees will remain the same.

- If you trying to qualify for Loretta’s you will pay the first class Racer Fee of $45 (which INCLUDES the gate fee) PLUS the $10 LL Fee for a total of $55. For each additional class, you will pay the $35 racer fee PLUS the $10 LL fee for a total of $45 (for additional classes & each day). Those NOT qualifying will not have to pay the extra $10 LL fee.)

- For those coming in Friday or Saturday, WEEKEND Spectator passes will be sold for $25. However, if you are racing on Saturday ONLY and you leave Saturday night, a $10 refund will be issued on the way out by turning in wristband and spectator tickets making it a $15 spectator fee for the day. NO refunds will be given without wristband and entry ticket. No refunds for race entry.

- Purse Money- Riders in the 250 & Open A classes along with the 250A/Pro Sport & 450A/Pro Sport Classes will be awarded 100% pay back.

Wednesday 3/17:

Open Practice on RACE track from 12pm to Dusk ($40)

This is an RPMXI insurance event... ALL RIDERS MUST HAVE VALID RPMXI or AARA CARD . Riders can purchase a day pass for $10 or a one year membership (good from date of purchase) for $45.

ALL RIDERS MUST LEAVE PITS WEDNESDAY NIGHT
Thursday 3/18:
NO ACTIVITIES.

Friday 3/19:
Open Practice on RACE track from 10am to 4:00pm ($40)

- Gates will open at 8:30am for weekend…gates will close Friday night at 11pm .
This is an RPMXI insurance event... ALL RIDERS MUST HAVE VALID RPMXI or AARA CARD . Loretta Lynn Racers can purchase a discounted day pass for $5 or a one year membership (good from date of purchase) for $45.


Please note the following:
- Be prepared to pay for entire weekend entry at time of entering gate.
- Early sign up for SATURDAY ONLY 7-10pm Friday Night


Saturday 3/20 -

Gates open 6:30am and close at 11pm
Sign up from 6:30 to 9:30am
Practice from 8:30 to 10:30am
Racing from 11am
Early Sunday sign up approximately 8:00-10:00pm


Sunday 3/21 - ( ALL Raceway Park regular classes will be run)

Gates open 6:30am
Sign up from 6:30 to 9:30am
Practice from 8:30 to 10:30am
Racing from 11am


Fees-

Second Class $35

- Riders qualifying for LL pay an extra $10 per class



Spectators :

Adults: Friday OR Saturday entry- $25

Overnight Parking for Weekend:

- Saturday Morning/afternoon - Open Practice on Race Track
- Saturday Afternoon/Eve- 50cc Pee Wee, 65cc, Youth Quad, & Pit Bike Racing (Over $600 awarded to Pit Bike Racers)
- Sunday- Ultimate Series MX Race –

Friday Schedule-
-Gates open 8pm and close at 10pm sharp!

Saturday Schedule-
-Gates Open 7:30am and close at 10pm sharp!
-Open Practice- Held on actual Race Track from 9am to 3pm ($40)
-50cc Pee Wee, 65cc, Youth Quad, & Pit Bike Race:
Sign up- 2-3:15pm

- 50 & 65cc races on Saturday are NOT part of D6 Series…the 50 & 65cc D6 points races will be on Sunday! Saturday’s 50 & 65cc races are for RP Pee Wee Series Points only!

ATTENTION ALL PIT BIKE RIDERS…
Through a generous donation, we will be awarding over $600 worth of gift cards (in $75 increments) at EVERY Pit Bike Race throughout 2009. That’s over EIGHT $75 gift cards PER RACE of which EVERY PIT BIKE CLASS will be awarded!!! The cards, which can be redeemed at Freehold Honda and Trapani’s, will be awarded randomly only to riders participating in the Pit Bike Series. So be sure to sign up for multiple Pit Bike Classes, as the more classes you enter, the more chances you have to win!
