Servicing at an authorized KTM dealer unlocks free continuous mobility service on new and used KTM street models.

KTM has introduced its new LIFETIME* Mobility Service scheme available free of charge for life on all street models purchased or serviced at authorized KTM dealers from one of 24 selected European countries** from January 1, 2017, onwards.

Any new KTM street model with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty comes with one year of LIFETIME Mobility Service free of charge. Additionally, with the new KTM LIFETIME Mobility Service scheme, every time the machine is serviced at an authorized KTM dealer, the mobility coverage is automatically extended until the next service (either annual service or the next service due to mileage, whichever comes first) up to a maximum of 12 months.

Customers aren’t required to pay or sign up for the scheme and even bikes purchased before January 1, 2017 will have the KTM LIFETIME Mobility Service automatically activated free of charge when taken for servicing at an authorized KTM dealer (conditions apply - for single cylinder vehicles: max. 60,000 km or 8 years, whichever comes first; for two-cylinder vehicles: max. 80,000 km or 8 years, whichever comes first).

KTM riders have access to a comprehensive, Europe-wide network of service providers and an emergency call center that is manned 24 hours a day. Covering for breakdown, vandalism, theft, attempted theft or fire, the assistances offered by the scheme for rider and passenger include: repair on the spot, towing, storage, sourcing replacement parts and key service.

In the worst-case scenario that a bike cannot continue, KTM LIFETIME Mobility Service offers, among other features, ‘Trip Continuation’. This covers the costs of the journey for rider and passenger from the place of a breakdown to the planned destination or alternatively to the rider’s place of residence by either, taxi, rental car, train or flight, depending on the distance to the destination.
